USCIS Announces H-1B Lottery Season Regulations for FY2022

On February 8, 2021, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services announced that the H-1B cap registration process for this year will open on March 9, 2021 and close on March 25, 2021. Selected registrants will be notified by March 31 and petitions may be filed for selected beneficiaries between April 1 and June 30. Approved petitions will have an H-1B employment start date of October 1, 2021.
